Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is time-consuming to tackle, let alone prevent.
Do you need help to measure, quantify and manage low-level nuisance? Do you want your Housing Officers to concentrate on only the serious cases and not neglecting their other priorities? Then this is the service is the service for you.
It's outstanding value for money and includes:
- an app to enable residents to report ASB
- a prioritising and distribution system to manage responses.
- additional resources to help handle calls and manage the workload, including out-of hours.
- unprecedented statistical analysis and business intelligence
This is a new service and we are currently looking for two social landlords to pilot the idea, and nominate residents for employment training on a reciprocal basis.
This service helps to fund the training and employment of residents.
